Fresh bursts of lemon and juicy, plump blueberries pair beautifully in this refreshing loaf cake.  Our blueberries are locally sourced from Buchan’s Blueberry Farm on Old Mission Peninsula, hand-harvested at the peak of juiciness! Perfect for a wintery breakfast or paired with a mug of hot tea. Each 9×5 loaf serves 8-12 and comes with a container of lemon glaze.  Just gently heat the glaze and pour over the cake before slicing and serving.
